Rig Lifts

Lifting rigs into sites presents little difficulty due to the light nature of the Martello piling rigs.

Our 4000 series machines weigh 13.25 T and 15.5 T depending on their configuration, and our 5000 series machines weigh 23.5 T

For the tower crane lift shown here, the 5000 series rig weight was reduced to 17.4T by simply removing the counterweight, the rotary head and the main winch.

These parts were also lifted in, and the machine re-assembled on site.
